SEMH Teacher – September start
Responsibilities
- Deliver curriculum subjects to mixed‑sex pupils aged 4 to 19 with SEMH and other needs.
- Plan and deliver differentiated teaching and learning activities within small groups.
- Support vulnerable or disengaged pupils in preparing for reintegration into mainstream settings.
- Collaborate with residential and therapeutic practitioners to promote student well‑being and resilience.
- Maintain high expectations for academic and vocational progress in line with national benchmarks.
Qualifications & Experience
- QTS, QTLS or an equivalent degree (NQTs welcome).
- Experience working with students with additional or SEMH needs.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, with strong pedagogical skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
