Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Littlehampton to support pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This role involves providing consistent support, implementing positive behaviour strategies, and collaborating with teachers to deliver tailored education.
Ideal candidates will have experience in SEMH environments and possess GCSE English and Maths. A passion for helping vulnerable young people succeed is essential.
