Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Behaviour Intervention Support Assistant to work within a specialist provision in Bolton, supporting pupils who need extra guidance to succeed.

About the Setting

This provision supports students aged 11–16 (KS3–KS4) with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have faced challenges in mainstream education. It adopts a holistic, student‑centred approach, combining academic learning with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, behaviour support, and life skills. Staff are committed to creating a safe, structured and nurturing environment where every young person is given the opportunity to reset, rebuild confidence, and achieve success.
