Leader Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Classroom Assistant for a full-time position starting September 2026. This role involves supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional learning requirements, ensuring their academic engagement and emotional regulation.

The ideal candidate is patient, resilient, and has a passion for helping children succeed. You will provide vital support working closely with pupils in a nurturing environment, building strong relationships and contributing to their overall development.
