Complaint management
Ticket handling
Respond to customer's queries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
Working on forcefully open, refund, and operational queries
Strong relationship building with customers & close inter departmental coordination for timely resolutions
Data management / daily activity reports
Job Requirement:
Having 6 months to 1 year experience in coordination & customer handling is required
Strong written & verbal communication skills
