What will you do:

Sales Management and Execution

  • Lead and manage the core industry sales team to achieve both topline and margin goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities.
  • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for the team
  • Streamline sales process to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver value to customers by providing differentiated solutions to solve customers’ technical and operational challenges.
