The Global Segment Marketing team is chartered to drive customer intelligence into actionable insights, helping increase wallet and mindshare across all markets served by Agilent. As a team, our mission is to lead the development of end-market strategies and the execution of cross-functional market initiatives with the goal of penetrating existing andemergingmarkets, maximizing market share, revenue, and growth.

In this role you willbe responsible forenabling ourend-to-endsegmentation strategythat powers Segment Marketing—defining the segmentation framework, building and operationalizing models, andcollaborating withcross-functionalteams toidentify, target, and measure at scale. This role turns market, account, and user insights intoactionable segmentsthat improvestrategy, drivecustomer value and revenue.
