Your Key Responsibilities
Correct set-up of all machines within the department
Supervise all Press Shop personnel within the respective shift
Maintaining Production processes and documentation as per the control plan of the department
Ensure all hourly checks are done and OEE monitoring sheet is updated hourlyEnsure all scrap components are correctly handled, recorded and booked in the SAP system
Ensure all bookings and confirmations are done correctly in SAP and that storage location 1010 is maintained
Random checks to be done on all calibration stickers on gauges are visible and valid stickers
