Pipe Installation and Maintenance

• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for water, steam, air, gas, and other fluids, ensuring proper alignment, slope, and pressure specifications. Perform maintenance tasks on treater, vessels, and tanks.
• Fabrication and welding: cut, thread, bend, and shape pipes; perform welding and fabrication to connect pipes and fittings securely.
• Blueprint interpretation: read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine pipe layout and placement.
• Inspection and testing: conduct pressure tests, leak tests, and inspections to verify system integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Supervision: mentor and oversee apprentices or helpers on site, ensuring proper techniques and safety practices.
