Supply Chain Supervisor – Full time

Locations: Salto, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe, Argentina; Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

Responsibilities
  • Work on inventory management data analysis to capture quality deviations and work to correct them.
  • Investigate quality issues based on customer complaints, audit findings, and strong quality data analysis.
  • Support leadership in communicating quality deviations and providing required data.
  • Implement best practices and bring innovation for inventory management work processes across LATAM.
  • When requested, collaborate with business and marketing teams on actions and projects related to seed quality.
  • Coordinate supply chain projects, applying methodology to guarantee successful implementation and sustainability.
