Job Description

  • Service and repair security alarm systems, CCTV, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
  • Work order preparation, scheduling coordination with customer
  • Troubleshoot security/alarm system to determine faults, functionality and solutions
  • Communicate with customers on progress, updates and resolving customer's concerns

    • CCTV,Alarm Systems,Communication Systems
  • 5 to 7 years experience in Commercial/Industrial security alarm, CCTV equipment, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
  • Experience with testing, repair, installation, troubleshooting and fault testing etc
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Able to work independently or in a team
  • Must have experience in customer facing/customer service
