Job Description
OBJECTIVE
Ensure the optimal, safe, and continuous operation of security systems (Access Control, CCTV and Monitoring) with a focus on the Genetec Security Center Software. This is achieved through preventive maintenance, project supervision, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of technological security processes.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
Management, configure, and maintain Genetec Security Center software, including cameras, doors, readers, licenses, and events.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV as per the established plan.
Coordinate effectively with the Security Monitoring Room, ensuring continuous device operability and incident response.
Daily verification of doors and cameras, ensuring proper operation and physical security.
Provide technical training to system operators on proper platform usage.
