Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations at the hotel, including shift duties, access control, visitor management, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and coordination with management to maintain safety and security standards.

• Report for duty as per roster and attend the daily 15‑minute pre‑ and post‑shift briefings.
• Wear and operate company issued equipment (Mobitalk, Bluetooth device, torchlight, pocket mask) during duty.
• Be in charge of the Hotel Security Control Room and day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure all security documents are handled accurately in accordance with SOP.
• Manage access points to ensure all entries are authorized.
• Maintain vigilance at pass counters for colleagues, part‑timers, casual laborers, vendors, contractors, and visitors checking in.
