Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on‑duty security personnel ensuring high performance standards and adherence to hotel policies.
• Maintain a balance between effective security measures and unobtrusive service promoting a gentleman rather than officer image.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and hotel property.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the hotel premises including checks on security equipment and systems.
• Lead investigations into security‑related incidents, prepare reports and take appropriate action.
• Train and mentor new security officers including regular updates to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain discipline within the security team and address any misconduct or performance issues.
