Security Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security guards at one of our assigned sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining discipline among guards, and liaising with management to ensure site requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee security guards at the assigned site
• Conduct daily briefings and roll calls
• Ensure guards follow post orders, SOPs, and client instructions
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of guards
• Prepare basic reports and incident updates when required
• Act as the main point of contact between guards, management, and client
• Ensure site security operations run smoothly at all times
