Position: Security Program Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday - 0900-1700 (hours flexible based on operational needs)

We are currently seeking a Security Program Manager to lead security operations at a healthcare site in Toronto. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing frontline staff, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the on-site security team, including scheduling, performance management, and coaching
  • Oversee daily security operations, ensuring coverage, compliance, and service delivery standards are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hospital leadership and internal stakeholders
