Security Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Executive – Security in overseeing security personnel to ensure all security-related complaints in common areas are attended to and resolved within the stipulated ISO timelines.

Monitor and ensure effective execution of building security operations, including strict enforcement of building rules and regulations.

Oversee day-to-day service delivery in a multi-division, multi-department environment.

Report periodically to the Building Manager on the performance of third-party security contractors and related service providers.

Ensure renovation works comply with prescribed renovation guidelines while maintaining good customer relationships in daily building operations.

Manage, supervise, and train both in-house and contracted security personnel.

Ensure the safety and security of all company properties, assets, and equipment, including monitoring of intruder alarm and CCTV systems.
