Job Description

Basic Qualifications

  • Education :
    • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology , Public Safety , Military Science , Business Administration , or related field
    • Licensed Criminologist (preferred)
  • Work Experience :
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the security industry
    • At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Experience in law enforcement, military , or private security agency operations is a strong advantage

Required Certifications & Documents

  • Valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) from PNP‑SOSIA
  • Security Officer Training Course (SOTC) or Supervisory Training Course (STC)
  • NBI Clearance
  • Neuro‑psychiatric and drug test results
  • Barangay and Police Clearances
