Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching emergency and security services when required
  • Responding effectively to changing priorities and incidents
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and alarm activations
  • Managing mobile alarm callouts and coordinating responses
  • Conducting welfare checks for officers and lone workers
  • Monitoring gas detection and safety systems
  • Prioritising critical alarms, including fire and lone worker activations
  • Communicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and emergency services
  • Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
