Objective

Manager Security Admin shall be responsible for preparation of security staff deputation and posting / transfer plan. Will ensure effective administration of all affairs related to HR, Legal and Admin reports directly to the Chief Security Officer.

Responsibilities

• General Administration & secureit of Security Directorate and subordinate offices;
• Posting/ Transfer/ Attachment of security staff as per policy;
• Promotion/ Up-gradation of security staff;
• Preparation and disposal of discipline, inquiries and court cases;
• Assist CSO NGC in extension of contract/ regularization of staff;
• Processing of Retirement/ LPR/ Pension/ GP fund cases of security staff;
• Process scholarship cases for children of security staff; <...
