Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Controlling site access and preventing unauthorised entry
  • Managing reception and visitor access
  • Monitoring CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms and security systems
  • Conducting internal and external security patrols
  • Carrying out routine security and safety checks
  • Managing keys, locking and unlocking duties
  • Issuing visitor and contractor passes
  • Maintaining accurate records and site documentation
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to staff, visitors and contractors
  • Responding professionally to incidents, emergencies and security concerns
  • Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment at all times
