Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse security guards

• Ensure proper shift scheduling and maintain 24/7 security coverage

• Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries

• Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized access

• Conduct inspections, patrols, and security briefings

• Respond to and investigate security incidents and emergencies

• Prepare daily logs, incident reports, and security assessments

• Enforce company security, safety, and fire prevention policies

• Coordinate with warehouse management and local authorities when necessary

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in security operations (warehouse or logistics preferred)
