Location: Rochdale Riverside
Salary: £13.58 per hour
Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
• Deliver customer service by creating a welcoming store environment, greeting customers as they start shopping and supporting both customers and colleagues.
• Help keep stores safe and secure: prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks and support safe ways of working.
• Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• Remain calm under pressure, responding to challenging situations and supporting emergency procedures professionally and confidently.
