Job Description
Location: Menstrie Bond, Menstrie PA12 7EP
Salary: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off night shifts
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
What you’ll do:
- Carry out regular security patrols across the site
- Monitor access and egress to maintain site security
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Complete accurate incident and shift reports
- Operate security systems and maintain basic PC-based records
- Support site safety procedures and compliance requirements
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders
- Prioritise tasks effectively and work using your own initiative
What you bring:
- Valid SIA Security Guard Licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
