Security Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all staffs & visitor follow company security policy when inside the premises.
• Oversee vendors and staff secure the company system
• Monitor safeguard of intellectual property and computer system
• Develop procedure to ensure physical safety of employee, vendor and external provider
• Access on implementation of security policy, standard, guidelines and procedure
• Conduct basic security training to security team
• Ensure security record maintain and update
• Conduct violence and prevention awareness and program
• Monitor and analysis black spot rules and physical security
• Contact authority bodies if required
• Implement emergency procedure and incident responses for Security
• Conduct regular and random patrol
• Report suspicious incident to management
