Security Officer

• Conducts surprise audits in-store, office, during cash on delivery (COD) operations, rolling operations, and employee activities.
• Monitors foot traffic and overall store security.
• Handles all security-related concerns, including theft, loss, and employee misconduct.
• Drafts, implements, and enforces store-wide security protocols and policies.
• Coordinates with the third-party security provider to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Recommend improvements to security systems and risk mitigation measures.
