Security Manager (Fix Term) – Juarez, Mexico
The main objective of the position is to develop and supervise implementation of a sub‐regional security strategy based on the vigente as well as anticipated future risks.
The strategy will be in alignment with the J&J Global Security regional strategy and the J&J Business priorities.
You will be responsible for
Develop crisis plans based on plausible crisis scenarios.
Member of the country/sub‐regional crisis management team.
Supervise development of emergency plans.
Coordinate crisis management actions and resources.
Security SPOC for local and sub‐regional business leadership.
Represent J&J for security topics during government inspections and J&J audits.
Support the travel security program (e.g., assess safe hotel accommodations, transportation, restaurants).
Coordinate internal investigations (e.g., theft, workplace violence, employee misconduct).
