Position Summary

The Security Manager is responsible for the overall safety, security, and protection of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, hotel assets and property. The role ensures the implementation of effective security policies, emergency response procedures, risk management strategies and compliance with local regulations and hotel standards.

The Security Manager leads the Security Department, maintains a secure environment throughout the hotel and works closely with operational departments to prevent security incidents while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
