About the Position: The Watervliet Arsenal is an Army-owned and -operated manufacturing center located in New York. It is the oldest, continuously active arsenal in the United States having begun operations in 1813. Responsibilities Independently perform, with little or no supervision, installation access control for pedestrians and vehicles Validate entry requests through the use of ePACS and grants access to persons and vehicles with appropriate authorizations Initial point of contact for the installation’s visitors which may include foreign nationals, government agents, elective officials, media and VIPs Record visitor information and purpose of visit Grant access to persons, denies entry or arranges for escorts, as appropriate Perform Visitor Control Center (VCC) du...
