Security Guard - Ottawa

Securiguard Services is looking for experienced security guards for our various sites across Ottawa region.

At Securiguard, our mission is to make people feel safe. As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety of our stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring CCTV systems, operating security control room equipment, controlling access to the site, reporting any hazards or security breaches, and responding to incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Standard First Aid & Level C CPR with AED
• 1 year of security experience, preferably in a Gov't, Retail, Distribution Centre, Healthcare, or Commercial setting.
• Diploma/Degree in the field of security or law enforcement (e.g., Police Foundations, Criminology)
• Excellent communication & report writing skills
• Customer service experience is an asset
