  • Staff and Guest Security Maintain high standards of security service to guest and employees
    Enforce hotel rules and regulations
  • Life Safety / Emergency Preparedness Be conversant with all emergency procedures Handle emergency situations
  • Departmental Safety / Loss Activities Departmental compliance with Shangri-La Safety / Health and Loss Control Standard
    Maintain employee awareness
  • Other Safety / Loss Control Activities Protection of Guest and Hotel assets
