Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of security capabilities. Builds reusable modules and self-service tooling to make it easier for developers and project teams to integrate and comply with security requirements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end solutioning and implementation of cybersecurity tools and services.
Create modular designs and reusable components for secure consumption.
Develop APIs and pipelines for automated security enforcement.
Mentor junior engineers and guide design decisions.
Transition stable, optimized capabilities to SREs with documentation and training.
KPIs:
% of capabilities delivered as secure-by-default modules.
% adoption of reusable security components.
Reduction in onboarding time for new teams.
