About the role

Netcracker Technology is looking to hire an IT Security Engineer to be part of our Global Security Team. In this position, you will be responsible for the discovery, analysis, and support of Netcracker's internal and external security processes and tools.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Security Infrastructure – patching, upgrades, platform expansions
  • Support SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Support Security Applications – SIEM, EDR, HSM, 2FA, DLP, FTK, etc
  • Perform in an on‑call rotation – for after‑hours issues / maintenance as needed
  • Create internal / customer‑facing documentation, including procedures, solutions, and architecture diagrams
  • Support audit initiatives, providing auditors with the requested information/artifacts
