Job Description

First level support in responding to threats identified through our technologies, Security Vulnerabilities, service requests and other items reported via security reporting channels. Investigate alerts such as malware detections and suspicious activities and provide analysis and coordinate response activities when an event becomes a security incident.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and respond to security alerts generated by technologies such as SIEM, IDS, EDR or security reports coming from different sources within a given SLA.
  • Performing triage, in-depth analysis and investigation as guided by processes and playbooks.
  • Assist with incident response and post incident reviews.
  • Detect & coordinate security vulnerabilities remediation
  • Respond to security related service requests
  • Conduct security investigations using historical data
  • Conduct investigations with a wide range of data sets across multiple customer environments.<...
