SECTION I: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Security Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily security operations to ensure the protection of personnel, assets, property, and information. This role works closely with internal departments, external partners, and the security team to maintain a safe and compliant environment across the facility.
SECTION II: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Coordination:
Supervise the daily operations of the security team at guard booths, patrols, and critical points.
Ensure compliance with BRP corporate procedures regarding access control, CCTV, EHS, emergencies, and asset protection.
Coordinate schedules, roles, shifts, and movements of security personnel.
Maintain constant communication with security supervisors, team leaders, and contractor personnel.
