Job Description
This is essentially a security operations + customer support role. You’re not physically guarding sites—you’re monitoring systems, responding to incidents, and coordinating help from a control center. Must work on-site and be flexible to work days/nights and fill in when needed.
This is a 24/7 control center role where you monitor security systems, respond to alarms, coordinate emergency response, and handle high-volume communication—combining security operations with call center–style customer support.
