What You Will Do -
Serve as a customer-facing security point of contact during onboarding, renewals, audits, and periodic security reviews.Support customer discussions on security architecture, compliance posture, data protection, and trust controls by preparing accurate and clear information.Prepare and deliver customer-ready security materials, including presentations, architecture overviews, and trust documentation.Respond to customer security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs with accurate, consistent, and well-articulated inputs.Support customer-initiated security and compliance audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI) by coordinating evidence collection and documentation.Work closely with Product Security, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Legal teams to gather and clarify security-related information.Work with limited supervision, manage own time effectively, track securit...
