• Ensure a safe environment for both park guests and staff
• Maintain friendly and courteous guest service while dealing with guests and employees
• Monitor compliance of park rules by guest and staff for their safety and enjoyment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work locations
• Perform all duties in compliance with Canada’s Wonderland safety guidelines and requirements and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
• Protect park and guest assets through proactive patrolling
• Conduct major or minor investigations as directed
• Complete Security Incident Reports and follow-up in a timely manner
