Key Responsibilities :

1. Guest & Employee Safety

  • Patrol hotel premises, including lobbies, corridors, guest floors, parking areas, and back-of-house zones.

  • Ensure safe movement of guests and staff within the property.

  • Assist guests with directions, emergencies, and safety-related requests.

  • 2. Security Monitoring

  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems for suspicious activity.

  • Control access to restricted areas and ensure adherence to hotel security policies.

  • Conduct bag checks and security screening as required.

  • 3. Incident Response & Reporting

  • Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, medical situations, or disturbances.
