About the Role:

The Security Analytics Manager is responsible for developing, governing, and delivering Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) security analytics and business intelligence across application, business unit, division, and enterprise levels. This role acts as the central authority for cybersecurity metrics, analytics, and reporting, ensuring consistent, accurate, and decision‑ready insights aligned with organizational risk priorities and regulatory expectations. This person will collaborate closely with different functions including technology, risk, and business stakeholders to define standardized metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that measure control effectiveness, operational performance, and risk posture.
