About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is seeking an Information Security Support Engineer to work in our growing IT Security team. You will monitor our managed customer's environment for security issues, maintain security software, and document any security issues or breaches you find. To do well in this role you should be able to understand the concept of SIEM and SOAR, have solid experience in operating use cases, correlation, and Alarms.

- Work closely as part of the team, and be independent to handle incidents, and drive incidents to resolution as well as learning and improving from them.
- Responsible for monitoring, detection of analysis through various input tools and systems (SIEM, IDS / IPS, Firewalls, AV, etc), through incident handling and incident response.
