Security Administrator - Data Protection & MSP Support

Link-Worldwide is on the lookout for a Managed Service Security Administrator based in Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico. This role is critical in assisting Managed Service Customers with a variety of data protection tasks including policy management and agent configurations.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in customer technical applications support, and have a solid foundation in Digital Guardian solutions along with a strong proficiency in Linux, OSX, and MS Windows. Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills are essential in this position.
