SECURITY ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Basic Qualifications

• Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy , Accounting Technology , or Finance-related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not always required
• Work Experience :
  • At least 2–3 years experience in general accounting , preferably in a security agency or service-oriented business

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare billing for clients based on guard deployment and contracts
• Monitor and manage payroll-related data of security personnel
• Reconcile billings, payroll, and collections
• Handle tax reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (BIR, DOLE)
• Assist in audits and financial reporting
• Coordinate with operations team regarding contract changes and site movements
