Sectional Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage existing assets – Planned Maintenance: Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure activities are scheduled and executed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Support and participate in the implementation of maintenance methodologies, including Preventative Maintenance pillar foundations.
• Master and coach breakdown analysis to improve reliability and reduce recurring failures.
• Ensure effective utilisation of the Asset Maintenance Management system.
• Drive line reliability by reducing breakdowns, stop‑start issues and recurring technical inefficiencies.
• Manage existing assets – Budget Management: Provide input into the annual maintenance budget and support reporting and tracking of maintenance spend.
• Analyse over/under‑spend in the area of responsibility and propose corrective actions.
