Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable mining company based in  Free State  is looking for a skilled  Section Manager  to oversee their mining operations. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the team, enhancing mining operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operational staff to achieve production targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on production efficiencies
  • Oversee the management of budgets and costs related to the section’s operations
