Section Manager – Electrical & Mechanical Job Purpose

The Section Manager – Electrical & Mechanical is responsible for the end-to-end management of a defined project section (e.g., block, tower, zone), ensuring high-quality execution of all electrical and mechanical works. The role ensures seamless cross-disciplinary coordination, adherence to schedule milestones, budget control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Focus Areas
  • 2.1 Section-Level Delivery
  • Drive execution of all E&M works within the assigned section to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Interface Management
  • Coordinate effectively with Civil, MEP, Finishes, Planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth integration of activities.
  • 2.3 Subcontractor Alignment
  • Ensure subcontractors are aligned with sectional targets, productivity benchmarks, and quality expectations.
