Job Description
Reporting to: Project Manager and Construction Manager
We are seeking an experienced Section Manager to take ownership of a defined section of a major construction project, such as a block, tower or zone. You will be responsible for delivering your section from start to finish, ensuring quality, programme adherence and effective coordination across all disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate overall project milestones into clear and achievable sectional targets
- Manage day to day delivery across civil, MEP and finishing works
- Coordinate design, engineering and site teams to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee and align subcontractors to sectional objectives and programme requirements
- Monitor productivity, track progress and provide accurate reporting
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans with Planning and HSE teams
- Conduct internal inspections prior to QA and QC sign off
