Section Head, Mainframe System Services

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Section Head to lead our Mainframe System Services team. In this role, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of our core banking mainframe systems. You will oversee technical support, system operations, budget management, and staff development to maintain 24x7 system uptime aligned with Group IT transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the Mainframe System Services team in managing core banking system hardware and software to ensure 24x7x365 availability
