Role Overview

The Section Head (Supervisor) is responsible for leading a designated service area - Lounge - during service periods. This role ensures smooth section flow, high service standards, and strong guest engagement while acting as the first line of leadership for the service team. The Section Head plays a critical role in floor execution, team coordination, and service consistency.
