Role Overview

The Section Head (Supervisor) is responsible for leading a designated service area -Food -during service periods. This role ensures smooth section flow, high service standards, and strong guest engagement while acting as the first line of leadership for the service team.

The Section Head plays a critical role in floor execution, team coordination, and service consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Section Leadership

  • Take ownership of a designated section during service.
  • Coordinate table or bar flow, pacing, and staff deployment.
  • Act as the primary escalation point within the section.

2. Service Standards & Guest Experience

  • Ensure service quality, presentation, and timing meet standards.
